Shipping

When we order over internet, at times the product received, is not the one we had in mind at the time of ordering. Further for reasons not entirely in our control if the product delivered is defective and/or damaged, or for any other reason the product does not meet customer expectation. In all such cases, we have a clear cut return policy as briefly stated below.

If, a product is defective or damaged or you receive the wrong product, you may return your order at our expense to receive a full refund. Alternatively get a replacement at our expense including shipping cost of course. You must e-Mail within 15 days of receiving your product to let us know your intention about returning it via e-Mail or by fax.

Products that are not defective or damaged may be returned for any other reason subject to the following conditions. Refund will be made for the price of the product after deducting 15% restocking fee as well as cost of inward shipping provided that:

• You email us about your intentions within 15 days of receiving the product, at address mentioned below and,
• You return the product in it’s original packaging with all tags intact at the address mentioned below, and,
• You please ensure that the return products do not pick up tobacco or other smell, at your end, and,
• You agree to bear the cost of return shipping to our warehouse, and, a 15% restocking charges as well as cost of inward shipping.
