ShippingWhen we order over internet, at times the product received, is not the one we had in mind at the time of ordering. Defective, Damaged or Wrong ProductsIf, a product is defective or damaged or you receive the wrong product, you may return your order at our expense to receive a full refund. Alternatively get a replacement at our expense including shipping cost of course. You must e-Mail within 15 days of receiving your product to let us know your intention about returning it via e-Mail or by fax. All Other ReturnsProducts that are not defective or damaged may be returned for any other reason subject to the following conditions.
